Thanksgiving is just a couple of days away, which means crazy people everywhere are preparing to get up excessively early and stand in line freezing just to save a few bucks thanks to all the seemingly amazing Black Friday sales. For some, Black Friday is a good way to get a jump on Christmas shopping. For others, it’s the day they finally get to land that new big screen in their living room. On the other side of the fence, however, Black Friday can be a great day to skip the mall altogether and look into buying a new car instead. Not everybody can afford to do such a thing so close to the holidays, but there are some really great deals to be had as dealers try to move their remaining stock of 2016 vehicles and get an early jump on selling 2017 models.
Deals include things like cash back, lower interest rates, and other incentives that generally aren’t available any other time of year. Nissan, for instance, is offering up to $10,825 leasing cash on a new lease of the 2016 Nissan Leaf, or $4,000 cash back and interest-free financing for six years if you prefer to purchase instead. Meanwhile, over at Cadillac, you can plant your posterior in a 2016 Cadillac XTS with interest-free financing of six years or $5,500 cash back. Ford has a similar deal for the Ford Fusion Energi that will get you $6,500 cash back or $3,750 cash back and free financing for six years.
These are just a few of the deals, but as you can see, they run pretty deep when it comes to 2016 model.
